Processing, Delivery & Returns


Processing

*Made to order products* when an order is placed it is added to the queue and shipping time will depend on how many orders are ahead of you - usually around 1-3 weeks. If you have queries about the length of queue, or need a guaranteed delivery date please contact us prior to placing your order. 

*Vintage & ready to ship items* will be posted within 2 working days.

 

 

Delivery

All UK packages are sent via Royal Mail 1st class standard or signed for delivery service, with proof of postage maintained for reference.

International deliveries are posted via Royal Mails airmail service, tracked and insured for both buyer and seller piece of mind. Please get in touch if you require a rushed or fast tracked order (we can usually work around your date - it never hurts to ask!)

I cannot be responsible if a package is missing or delayed in transit, however all claims will be taken up with royal mail, and if successful we will replace any items lost/ damaged.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order when it arrives, please e-mail hello@lae-studio.com within 14 days of receipt of your order and let us know. You are entitled to a refund or exchange of your item as long as it is in perfect condition upon it's return to us. 

We unfortunately cannot accept returns of worn items, custom sized items, or bespoke items (unless faulty) - it is up to our discretion to decide if we believe a product to be worn or damaged by improper care

In the result of return of exchange, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of postage for the return, and must get proof of posting in case of loss or damage during transit. We will cover cost of sending the new item back to you if you have chosen to exchange.

When returning items that entitle you to a free gift or monetary discount, we will take this into consideration when refunding - e.g cost of gift (unless returned) the discounted amount will be deducted from your refunded amount.
